The Department of Nursing is located in Tripoli, Arcadia.

The Secretariat of the Department and the offices of the faculty members of the Department are located in the building complex of the Pan-Arcadian Hospital of Tripoli "Evaggelistria", on the 3rd floor of the administrative services building.

The theoretical courses are held in the halls of the building complex of the School of Economics and Technology in Tripoli at the SEHI site and in the halls of the building complex of the Panarcadian Hospital.

The laboratory courses are held in the specially designed space allocated to the Department of Nursing in the building complex of the OAED of Tripoli, on Academikou G. K. Vlachou where all four research laboratories of the Department are located.

The clinical practice of the students is carried out in all sectors and departments of the Panarcadian Hospital of Tripoli and its decentralized structures, but also in other structures of the NHS in the community in the city of Tripoli. The Panarcadian Hospital, with a capacity of 400 clinics, welcomes 50-60 students per shift, morning and afternoon, in small groups per department, every day.

At the same time, there is a strong emphasis on nursing applications in Primary Health Care by the students. These are practiced in:

• Community Health Services (e.g. Greek Red Cross Branch), 
• Multi-purpose Health Centres - TOMY
• Community Rehabilitation Units (Rehabilitation & Kinesiotherapy Centre)
• Nursing home,
• Institutions for the chronically ill,
• Mental health hostels,
• Addiction Prevention and Psychosocial Health Promotion Centre,
• Mobile mental health unit

The Central Library of the University of Peloponnese, which serves all the departments of the university in Tripoli, is located in the Faculty of Economics and Management at the SEHI location, which has a wide range of bibliographic material and a large number of scientific journals related to the sciences of Economics, Management, Informatics and Nursing.

Students are provided with meals in the student catering restaurant located in the building complex of the School of Economics and Technology on Academic C. K. Vlachos in the area of the Department of Informatics of the University of Peloponnese

The movement between the structures is served daily by public transport.
